Theta Healing is an energy healing modality developed by Vianna Stibal in 1995. The method is based on the understanding that our thoughts and beliefs create our physical, emotional, and spiritual reality. Through focused meditation, the practitioner raises brainwaves to the Theta state (4-7 Hz) – a deep state of relaxation and openness that allows direct access to the subconscious mind. In this state, we can identify limiting core beliefs, emotional patterns embedded in childhood or past lives, and release them at the DNA level. How does a Theta Healing session work?

In a Theta Healing session, we work together as a team. I connect to the Theta state and serve as a channel for identifying and releasing limiting core beliefs. The process takes place through an open and intuitive conversation, using a "Digging" technique to reach the root of the belief.

  • Identifying the belief – Through intuitive digging, we reach the core belief driving the pattern.
  • Consent and release – The process always requires your full consent. Beliefs are never removed without agreement.
  • Replacement and integration – The limiting belief is replaced with a new empowering belief chosen together.
  • Physical verification – The change is verified through Muscle Testing to confirm the release has occurred.
